The heart of the festival

Not a generic Latin festival. This is Puerto Rican Christmas.

Coquito y Pasteles Festival™ is built around the things people recognize without needing an explanation: food that takes time, recipes passed from one generation to the next, music that changes the feeling of a house and the joy of finding your people again.

01

Pasteles

Recipes, memory and the hands that keep one of Puerto Rico's most loved Christmas traditions alive.

02

Coquito

03

VENDORS • Curated marketplace

Vendor applications are open for a curated Puerto Rican Christmas marketplace.

We are looking for vendors whose food, products, craft, gifts, services or community presence make sense inside a Puerto Rican Christmas cultural festival. The goal is a strong, balanced marketplace, not a random collection of booths.

What festival fit means

Examples include pasteles, Puerto Rican or relevant Latin prepared food, Christmas desserts, coquito and holiday beverages, coffee, Puerto Rican artisan goods, cultural or holiday gifts, apparel and accessories, home and fragrance products, useful local-business activations, and verified cultural nonprofits. These examples are a guide, not a guarantee of acceptance.

Alcohol and coquito

Alcohol is part of the festival operating plan. Maloof Entertainment and Saddlebrook are currently finalizing exactly how alcoholic beverages, including alcoholic coquito, may be sold, served and by whom. Vendors interested in alcoholic or non-alcoholic coquito or other beverages should indicate that in the application. Final permissions and service requirements will be communicated before any alcohol-related approval or payment.

How is booth placement decided?

Placement is determined by production, guest flow, safety, power, food operations, category balance and overall event needs. A 'best booth' is not guaranteed.

Are attendance or sales guaranteed?

No. Vendor approval provides festival space. It does not guarantee attendance or individual sales.

Start a vendor application

Review the requirements and vendor packet first, then submit one application per business. Give us enough detail to evaluate festival fit, category balance, products or menu, space and operating needs. There is no fee to apply, and no payment is due until you are approved.

Alcohol service details are still being finalized with Saddlebrook. Selecting an option here is for planning only and is not alcohol approval.
Partnerships

A culturally connected audience is already responding.

Sponsorship is managed separately from vendor inventory. Each opportunity moves through Maloof Entertainment review and Saddlebrook approval before becoming a final partnership.
