Coquito y Pasteles Festival™ is a Puerto Rican Christmas cultural festival produced by Maloof Entertainment LLC and scheduled for Sunday, December 13, 2026, at the Grand Pavilion at Saddlebrook Resort in Wesley Chapel, Florida. The event is being built around the emotional center of Navidad boricua: home, family, recipes passed through generations, coquito, pasteles, parrandas, Puerto Rican music, artisans, community and holiday tradition.
Rather than operating as a generic food festival or vendor fair, Coquito y Pasteles Festival™ is designed as a curated cultural experience. Guests will be able to explore Puerto Rican food, holiday desserts, artisan and cultural products, meaningful gifts and community organizations while enjoying live music and additional cultural programming. Orchestra Fuego, a full 12-piece orchestra, is confirmed to perform. Additional Puerto Rican cultural programming is being developed and will be announced as it is confirmed.
The festival’s programming philosophy intentionally creates cultural peaks while leaving room between performances for guests to eat, shop, socialize and spend time with family and friends. Vendor participation is curated for relevance, quality, category balance and operational readiness, with applications reviewed before approval and payment.
Early organic campaign response has shown strong interest well beyond Maloof Entertainment’s existing audience. The festival is intended to serve Puerto Rican families across Tampa Bay while welcoming anyone who genuinely appreciates Puerto Rican culture, food, music and Christmas traditions. Ticketing details and additional programming announcements will be released publicly through official festival channels as each element is confirmed and the full experience continues taking shape.
